Hans Semmelmeyer, Former Shareholder and Managing Partner (Retired).

Management Consultant and leading industry expert in human resources, management development, cultural change, management education, post-merger integration and senior executive coaching. He held senior management positions with responsibilities in Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania and the USA. He retired as Managing Director in 2005.

Prior to IMAP Level Five he was senior partner of Hager, Wilhelm & Partner (now Spencer Stuart) in Vienna, Austria. He also led Consulting AG of Austria as senior partner for HR management and was lecturer of personnel management at the Academy of Management Consultants (now INCITE) in Vienna. Before starting his career in the professional HR consultancy industry he held regional management positions at both WANG Computers and IBM as human resources director, Central & Eastern Europe. Prior his roles in human resources, he held various management positions at IBM Austria where he started his professional career.
